Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a misidentification, and you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and its prior location on our site.
- A statement under good faith that the material was removed due to an error or mistaken identity.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bangladesh and agree to accept legal notices from the original complainant.
Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may forward it to the original claimant. Unless legal action is initiated within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
Repeat Infringement Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws, SUPTO TV reserves the right to terminate the access of users who are found to repeatedly violate copyright policies. We may also restrict access to the service for any user found infringing intellectual property rights, whether or not it’s a repeat offense — at our sole discretion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time without prior notice. We encourage all users to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after any policy updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
